Facebook Ads Specialist

Toronto-based performance marketing company and e-commerce retailer is seeking an experienced Facebook Ads marketing manager to oversee various campaigns on FB and IG

The duties will involve
- optimising towards a Target CPA
- maintaining target ROI and meeting monthly revenue goals
- regularly adding creatives, testing and rotation
- target audience research
- creating and updating Excel models to manage bids and automate routine tasks
- automating routine tasks via Rules and 3rd party tools

The goal would be to quickly launch and aggressively scale campaigns to maximise the CPA results, whilst keeping the CPAs within target range, and CTRs above industry average.

We are a veteran-owned company with a small and young enthusiastic and entrepreneurial team, operating on the front lines of Google and Facebook marketing.

Please answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

1) Tell us about your Facebook marketing experience, previous campaigns, results, ROIs, case studies. Be as specific as possible, with examples and numbers, i.e. budgets managed, CPA achieved, percentage improvements, etc.

3) SCENARIO: You have to build a campaign for an offer. You came up with 2 ad variations and 3 audiences. How will you structure this campaign? After a week of testing, 1 ad is profitable and the client wants to start spending 10x more - your actions to scale this?
