Our Mission: To help organizations (usually $5M - $200M in annual revenue) grow faster by leveraging outside expertise.

GPs are responsible for building "Client Growth Stories" – tangible and distinctive results which lead to the Client becoming a strong advocate of GUILD's value proposition.

GPs represent GUILD to their local business communities. They act as "catalysts" in client organizations on an ongoing basis. When the client requires outside subject matter expertise, GPs can either offer their own expertise or act as a gateway to the vast network of specialists available on guild.im

GPs have full access to our expert database, marketing tools, consulting tools and best practices. Our administrative staff supports them in prospecting, closing new engagements and managing clients.

Responsibilities
- Developing a strong presence in the local business community
- Client relationship management
- Project management
- Sharing best practices with other GPs, and
- Most important, building Client Growth Stories

Qualifications
1. Ability to deliver timely results
2. 3+ years of C-level Management or Consulting experience
3. Strong communication skills

Incentives
Growth Partners can start on a part-time basis and slowly transition into a full-time role as they add more clients.

1. 85% of the consulting income from their own projects with GUILD clients
2. 15% of total value of any projects generated for GUILD'S expert community
