We are looking for a young and ambitious sales representative to close inbound rental leads generated by our proprietary platform and offer advice to potential tenants.

Requirements

• Successfully completed the Real Estate Salesperson Program (OREA/Humber)
• Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
• Trustworthy and results-driven

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct visits with prequalified leads
• Present properties and address questions or concerns
• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
