Guiker is expanding into the Chicago market and looking for experienced Leasing Professionals!

What We Need: An experienced leasing professional to spearhead our Chicago expansion.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Residential leasing experience (broker, leasing agent, property manager, etc) is required
• Self-motivated and adaptable - comfortable with a fast-paced and always-changing startup environment
• Comfortable working in a heavily commission-based role
  

What You Need:

• Flexible schedule, especially evenings and weekends
• Active Illinois Leasing or Brokers License
• Willingness to work at least 5-6 days a week during busy season (March - September)
• Reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods and housing trends
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Ability to start as soon as possible and hit the ground running!
