We are building one of the fastest growing Conversational Sales organizations in the world, and we need your help to source and build new relationships, gain a quick yet thorough understanding of prospect needs, act as a consultant in speaking to industry best practices, and trends.

In this role, you will focus on qualifying incoming conversations, and building relationships and partnerships to close business and bring customers in the door. We have a unique customer acquisition strategy that make it very attractive for customers to come on board, so having a laser focus on selecting the right customers is key to building a straw of passive commission and increasing the lifetime value of a customer.

- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of Qualified Opportunities
- Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in Target and Prospect Accounts
- Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists within a defined market
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to develop targeted lists, call/outreach strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
- Provide a delightful customer experience to inbound prospective clients
- Use GrowthGenius’ tools to reach out to our Ideal Customer Persona
- custom outreach strategy
- Make calls to interested clients in order to understand their business needs and ascertain whether GrowthGenius is a good fit for selling their project
- ​Produce an outbound strategy to find and qualify new leads through local networks (local Meetups, setting up meetings with local communities, speaking to entrepreneurs, etc)
