We are looking for a passionate Customer Success / Sales Account Manager to join our team, be responsible for nurturing and growing a portfolio of accounts, leading marketing and communications strategies for our clients, and ensuring delivered customer service above clients’ expectations.
Growth-X is a bootstrapped startup helping companies automatically generate highly targeted leads across multiple platforms. Among Growth-X’s customers are early-stage startups, small/medium businesses, and large-scale companies such as Dell, WeWork, PayPal, and many more.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the entire sales process, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding and managing existing accounts.
- Demo the product to potential leads.
- Support and follow new customers during the whole onboarding process, advising them on how to utilize the software based on their needs, audience, and business plan.
- Develop strong customer relationships promoting satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Identify customers with low-performing campaigns, investigate the reasons and suggest solutions.
- Work with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to all clients and prospects so all relevant requests are handled correctly.
- Work with CRMs to maintain accurate records of all customer details, dialog and sales opportunities.

- REQUIREMENTS
- English Level - Full professional proficiency
- 2+ years achieving success in one or more of the following: Business Development, Customer Success, Product, or Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid computer skills
- Experience working within the technology industry
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business major is a plus)
- This is a full-time position in our office in Midtown Miami.
