About the role
GROWTH CONSULTANT @ GROWTH TRIBE is an opportunity to build great relationships with key decision makers at some of the worlds largest and fastest growing companies. You will be the linchpin between the client and our education solutions with a clear mandate to generate long-term, sustainable growth for all.
Your mission at Growth Tribe would be to help C-level executives, marketing professionals and business leaders to gain a growth mindset and skills to succeed in a digital world. You’d be working with our online product portfolio or products: online courses for our Finnish market.

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
- Success here means that you’ll be advising our customers and selling the online education solutions
- There is a lot of demand for our courses: we have plenty of warm leads (i.e. know our company and have had a touchpoint with us before) but expect some cold calling as well
- You’d be owning the sales cycles from start to finish (from prospecting to closing)
- You are expected to have at least 7 - 10 quality discussions with customers per week
- Your goal is to generate 20-40k of revenue per month
- With the time: you will build your own sales team!
- An energetic, goal-oriented sales superstar who is comfortable working with targets (both performance and results)
- A high-performer who is dedicated to continuous learning
- A key relationship builder: your focus is on the client’s needs, making sure we deliver solutions to meet their end goal. You love working with people and solving difficult challenges with lots of moving parts. You aspire to add value at every touchpoint, build meaningful relationships and become an essential, trusted and long-term partner.
- At least 1-2 years of B2B or B2C telesales, including cold calling, prospecting, and lead nurturing
- Fluency in English and Finnish
