Started by veteran entrepreneurs and established industry experts, our awesomely talented, growing team now helps numerous companies in a variety of industries grow their online revenue and leads by focusing on data-driven growth tactics including lifecycle email campaigns, conversion optimization, and paid campaign management and optimization.

We're looking for a senior paid campaign manager to use data insights generated by our team and your own analysis to inform effective acquisition and retention campaigns via SEM and social ads.

High level of sophistication and experience with all aspects of Adwords (and Bing) and Facebook campaign management and optimization. At a high level, on Adwords this includes search, remarketing (display) and PLA. For Facebook this includes prospecting, retention, remarketing, DPA, custom audiences, lookalikes, etc.

Experience tying customer segmentation and LTV factors into acquisition and ROAS targets and bidding. Also, ideally tracking and utilizing multi-touch attribution data.

Excellent written and oral communication skills - you're experienced communicating with senior level clients directly as well as with an internal team.

Available to respond promptly to client requests, questions or new/changes in promotions as needed.

Endlessly curious and driven. You love learning and improving your skills, keeping up on industry trends and changes.

Exceptionally organized and experienced using a standardized framework/methodology for management and reporting on campaign performance. We need a repeatable, scalable process that is standardized across multiple clients for efficient oversight and management. We need to be able to explain our fundamental process to prospective clients knowing there is consistency in our approach and deliverables/reporting from client to client.
