About the Role:

RollWorks, the B2B division of AdRoll Group, is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Account Management team based in our San Francisco office. Our B2B platform is designed to enable better sales and marketing alignment. This is achieved through a fully automated sales and retargeting engine. We help businesses identify, engage and convert leads faster by using machine learning and AI, creating a powerful marketing and sales ecosystem.

As a member of the Sales team, your main objective is to act as the nexus of communication across external customers and several internal teams. You will be instrumental in optimizing the performance of our product for customers and growing their usage through cross-selling and upselling. You will be working with industry leaders with vision and surrounded by intelligent and friendly people who are passionate about taking on new challenges together and building a new brand within the AdRoll Group.

Responsibilities:

- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing RollWorks customers
- Focus on revenue growth (cross-sell / upsell) and retention of the accounts
- Providing consultative and strategic guidance for customers
- Analyzing client data to come up with strategies to optimize who they're targeting and which channels to use
- Communicating new product features to customers to drive continued product adoption by liaising with internal teams and external customers
- Providing technical and product support to guide customers

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of account management, and proven track record of exceeding targets, preferably with exposure to ad-tech
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented to achieve goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and a true entrepreneur at heart
- Strong business sense, understands the technology and how to efficiently use it
- Experience working in a dynamic, high energy sales culture
- Friendly and outgoing, not afraid to connect with new people
