Growlabs, a division of AdRoll Group, is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager for small and medium sized businesses. This role will be responsible for strategic and tactical initiatives to build efficient acquisition channels and align sales and marketing activities.

From forming go-to-market strategies with Product, Engineering, and Sales to writing strategic content and demand generation plans, you’ll be in the driver’s seat for one of the newest and biggest investments we’re making as a business. You’ll lead the way as we expand into new customer segments with our platform.

The ideal candidate has experience launching new products and driving demand for high growth products or services. You will love data and finding new opportunities to optimize channels, driving positive ROI.

- Customer Acquisition: Develop an integrated customer acquisition plan, including online and offline channels, and partner with digital marketing team to execute across SEM, display, retargeting and content syndication.
- Sales Outreach: Work closely with sales to define target segments, develop content and offers, and craft sequences that engage audiences and generate pipeline.
- Lead Nurture: Maintain lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnel. Optimize deliverability, open rates, and positive response rates.
- Co-Marketing: Build co-marketing relationships to accelerate customer through partnerships with the use of cross-promotion, webinars and the like.
- Referral Program: Grow our referral program by acquiring new partners and building campaigns to strengthen relationships with our current partners.
- Customer Definition: Develop profiles of key accounts and buyer personas including firmographics, demographics, attitudes, motivations, tech knowledge, and role in the purchase process.
- Opportunity Analysis: Conduct research and data analysis to better understand our customers, business opportunities, and competitors.
- Product Marketing: Develop the core value propositions and messaging for our solutions in a language our customers understand, communicated on our website, in collateral, video, and other assets.
- Content Marketing: Create content in the form of blog posts, white papers, and webinars that supports thought leadership and demand generation for RollWorks in the SMB segment.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on demand generation performance metrics for Sales and Marketing, using this data to continually optimize campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Own and manage a budget, adjusting spend to reach the quarterly objectives and increase return on investment.

- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience across product marketing, demand generation, and/or content marketing
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company: 2+ years experience at 2-200 person start-up
- Proven experience building B2B marketing or sales acquisition channels with small businesses (SMBs), SaaS marketing experience a major plus
- Strong knowledge of the mar-tech ecosystem including major platforms, data tracking mechanisms, privacy implications, etc.
- Big picture thinking partnered with the ability (and willingness) to execute on the ground-level
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
