About the Role:
Growlabs, recently acquired by AdRoll Group, is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our already successful team in San Francisco. Growlabs is a fully automated sales engine, disrupting the marketing and sales ecosystem. We help businesses identify, engage and convert leads faster by using machine learning and Ai.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full sales cycle (inbound and outbound)
• Finding new business to accelerate the company’s growth
• Scheduling and conducting meetings with qualified leads
• Negotiating contracts
• Keeping manager informed and maintain accurate records within Salesforce
• Providing Product team with key insights into customer needs and feedback

Requirements:
• 3+ years of software/media sales experience
• Validated experience consistently exceeding target goals, sourcing and • closing net new deals, navigating organizational hierarchies and engaging VP • and C-level executives
• Experience working in a dynamic, high-energy, high-volume sales culture
• BA/BS Required
