About the Role:
Growlabs, recently acquired by AdRoll Group, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing North America Sales team based in our San Francisco office. Growlabs is a fully automated sales engine, disrupting the marketing and sales ecosystem. We help businesses identify, engage and convert leads faster by using machine learning and Ai.

As a member of the Customer Success team, your main objective is to act as the nexus of communication across external clients and several internal teams, managing onboarding, and optimizing the performance of our product for customers. You will be an integral part of growing our business partnering closely with our existing Growlabs clients, our internal Account Executives and Product teams to provide customer value.

Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with clients and optimizing for renewals
- Scheduling onboarding calls and walking clients through the platform
- Analyzing client data
- Coming up with strategies for clients to optimize who they're targeting
- Provide technical and product support to guide clients

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of account management, customer success experience and proven track record of exceeding targets
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented to achieve goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and a true entrepreneur at heart
- Strong business sense, understands technology and how to effectively use it
- Friendly and outgoing, not afraid to connect with new people
