Growgent is a New York based sales firm that is seeking a trustworthy, talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment and can work independently with limited supervision. This new hire will work out of our brand new North Carolina location.

What does an Inside Sales Representative do?
The Inside Sales Representative will be dedicated to a specific client account located in the New York metropolitan area and play a fundamental role in achieving our client's ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making a high volume of calls and sending a high volume of emails each day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

Requirements
College degree and/or proven inside sales experience.
Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
Strong phone presence and experience conducting a high volume of calls per day.
Proficient with corporate communication, productivity and web presentation tools.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
Strong Microsoft Office/G-Suite skills.
Technologically savvy with an ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues.
Self motivated with ability to remain driven and focus in an busy and loud environment with limited supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
