Roles and Responsibilities, and what we are looking for:

Required Skills & Other Job Expectations

Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to make evaluative judgments
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas from concept to completion
Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
Be the creative voice for the design stylists, graphic designers, and corporate Visual Department.
Ensures that seasonal styling strategies & standards are implemented and maintained at all times.
Deliver exceptional creative for all online and offline marketing efforts through vehicles such as banner ads, print ads, page takeovers, email marketing, video, social and mobile marketing, catalogs, trade shows, POP/POS.
Ensuring marketing plans are consistent with the company’s growth and profit objectives.
Develop visual merchandising standards designed to maintain our companys leading edge brand image, merchandising and presentation.
Lead by example and work along-side staff performing work and teaching best practices. Urgent approach to the daily tasks. Efficiency and speed while maintaining the SlideBelts standard of quality.
Maintains awareness of brand variables and is fully prepared to communicate status to management.
Participates in identifying optimal account target based on a brand’s consumer target and positioning.
Recommends new trends and competitive activities to seek out innovative ways to build SlideBelts effectiveness and efficiency.
Knowledge of HTML & CSS a big plus!
