Overview
Manage Content Development, Content Strategy and Content Marketing activities for print and digital for our Global markets.
A creative marketing mind with the ability to conceptualize content for collaterals/website / social media, plan content projects, meet deadlines and manage a team.
The ability to interpret web and content analytics.
This person should understand the requirements of various markets and be able to plan and deliver to these needs to reach a potentially broad customer base.
This position requires experience in leveraging content to support strategic organizational objectives.

What you’ll do:
Build the editorial program with a focus on quality and frequency
Set the content strategy for all our owned channels: blogs, website, podcast, social
Oversee execution, working closely with agencies and internal partners
In partnership with Product Marketing, contribute to product marketing efforts: technical blog, web pages, whitepapers
Day-to-day editing and writing; blog posts, bylines, etc.
Consult on brand voice and copy
Create and own KPIs for content across multiple channels

Marketing strategy and delivery
Contribute to the definition of the marketing strategy with ownership of brand and content strategy.
Oversee the development of content to ensure the generation of leads and opportunities in partnership with the sales team and marketing director to achieve company objectives
Be a part of the product development process to ensure marketing and communications is considered from the earliest stages and is an essential part of internal processes.
Develop online and social media marketing strategy and work with your team to execute effectively
Drive and manage continuous improvement programmes for platforms including the website and inbound marketing platform.

Content marketing management and creation
Deliver market-leading content marketing output that’s unified across
Planning for a content marketing approach that will feed outreach and deliver value to those who consume it
Produce a range of content across a variety of mediums (including digital, video, podcasts and white papers) that reflects the needs and interests of our core customers and influencers in learning and development
Create compelling, high-quality content that drives interest in our brands
Write engaging copy and find interesting ways to get people talking about new products/services socially
Establish relationships with key internal and external content creators, subject matter experts and thought leaders.


Brand management
Develop and champion the GreyAtom brands externally and internally.
Successfully develop brand strategies that help achieve cluster aims
Ensure consistent and engaging tone of voice is achieved in all marketing and brand content
Create and embed brand guidelines across all media and forms of communication
Uphold the GreyAtom brands across the organisation for both internal and external communications.

Team leadership and people management
Lead and inspire a successful, motivated marketing team supported by the rest of the business.
Build an effective team of digital and content marketing specialists that have a global focus
Line manage members of the marketing team and encourage their career development and growth
Oversee and ensure that the content plan is delivered on time and to budget
Provide coaching and mentoring for the marketing team
Engage with wider Group colleagues where appropriate to support and enhance the delivery of marketing work.
