Residential Property Inspector - 1099

Contract Residential Property Inspector - Gig Opportunity for Construction, Maintenance, and Property Inspection Professionals!

Looking to supplement your income on your schedule? Great Jones, a residential property management company, is seeking construction, maintenance, and property inspection pros who are tech-savvy and know their way around an app.

Typical tasks include inspecting vacant properties for needed repairs, changing locks, performing light touch-up cleaning, and checking on properties we’ve placed on the market for rent.

You will be able to accept or decline any task request. Additional compensation is offered for expedited task requests. All compensation is inclusive of travel. Some tasks require standard hand and power tools, and expendables such as drill bits and cleaning wipes. A good smartphone or tablet is a must!

This job requires experience in scoping properties and budgeting. Tech knowledge is an absolute must. Background check required. Please respond with your resume, and pertinent information.
