Develop proprietary B2B logistics and B2C Android apps with deep industry understanding acquired from interacting with Business Analysts and Founders' Staff, and attending the not-so-rare client meeting. We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications
Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech./ BS/MS/M.Tech in computer science or a related field
Location: Bhubaneswar
Responsibilities:
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new
features.
• Work with outside data sources and API’s
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general
reliability.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to
maximize development efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Java (J2EE/J2ME), and database technologies (SQLite, MySQL or similar)
2. Experience Android development.
3. BS/MS/B.Tech./BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
4. Proven software development experience in retail/LBS/logistics space (preferable)
5. Understanding of mobile development life cycle and mobile UI Design
6. Experience in publishing at least one app on any App Store.
7. HTML5 and CSS3, JAVA Script, XML
8. Familiar with Android SDK, Eclipse
9. Experience using Web Services and Data parsing using XML, JSON
