About the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager for our Care Platform. The Care Platform is the foundation of service delivery across all our service lines. Our users are our award-winning Care and Clinical Teams. We seek to enable high-quality, consistent, outcomes-oriented, personalized care to our members, that is comprehensive of their needs, regardless of situation.
Our team partners with other product, engineering, and operational teams inside Grand Rounds to use data in new and novel ways; to develop service delivery workflows; to automate and streamline tasks; and to reinforce practices to deliver the highest quality care. As product managers on the care platform, our responsibilities are inclusive of the service and technical design. We tackle integrations that make our services even more powerful, holistic, and interconnected. We think through the operational and tech. And we help keep our business healthy by ensuring our teams are able to operate at scale.
You will be responsible for a significant portion of our Care Platform.
We are headquartered in San Francisco but this person can sit anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining the frameworks and performance indicators that progress in your area on the Care Platform.
- Understand how our work impacts the highest order company objectives.
- Define a medium term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area of ownership.
- Be nimble and agile about responding to new developments, and adjusting the plan.
- Understand how your plan aligns with our team and organization's work.
- Develop a deep understanding of your users and their needs.
- Be our internal expert within our product team on that user.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle - from conception, specification, development, acceptance testing, launch, and training - and be prepared to lead rituals inside of that development cycle, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Own your performance indicators: their definition, measurement, and progress. Quantitative and qualitative analysis is comfortable.
- Build relationships with our users and stakeholders that facilitate the highest quality collaboration and service design across our teams.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager
- Experience designing services, inclusive of technology and operational design
- A strong track record of leading impactful products from conception to a launch
- Comfortable building on top of platforms like CRMs and Electronic Health Records
- Experienced working across multiple engineering teams, internal and external, including application developers, web and mobile web engineers, implementation partners.
- Healthcare experience is a bonus. Passion about the delivery of care, as well as the experience of receiving it, is ideal.
