Improve customer experience, transform it into customer loyalty.
We are in the travel business - things go wrong sometimes...drivers run late, cars can breakdown. This can make customers upset.
Your job is to get into the details of what caused customers experience to go down - investigate it, correct the issue (you may need to fine the driver or operator).
Sometimes you run into customers who are at fault - they may be mean, abusive or find ways to treat you like shit. We say sorry to such customers, work within our rules and policies. We don't bend, we stay firm with such customers, but we are never disrespectful.
Sometimes no one is at fault - we say sorry to the customer, extend them some credit as a onetime goodwill/courtesy and make them realize that "Gozo Cares" for its customers and partners.
We do this because we really do care and we are on a mission to take road transportation in India to a never before - awesome experience.
