Customer Success Manager

£35k – £45k • No equity

This role is all about helping customers grow quickly with GoSquared.

You will work closely with a group of GoSquared customers to help them get the most out of GoSquared, and ultimately to enable them to grow faster with our products and services.

You will also work closely with the rest of the GoSquared team to ensure customer feedback is recorded, distributed, and acted on to enable everyone at GoSquared to deliver exceptional service to every customer.

Within the role you will:

* Get on calls with existing customers to demonstrate how they can use the platform to its full potential.
* Visit customers in person to show them how they can use the platform successfully.
* Teach and educate existing customers within teams.
* Respond to incoming feedback from existing customers.
* Organise and run regular webinars to educate customers on new and improved features.
* Proactively reach out to key customers on a regular basis to ensure their feedback is taken on board, and that they’re happy.
* Handle a substantial portion of front-line customer service in the short-term to enable us to exceed customer expectations of response time and quality of support.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

* Thrives on educating and helping others succeed.
* Has experience in a customer facing, technical troubleshooting and/or relationship building role.
* Ideally has experience dealing with customers in a B2B tech business.
* Has exceptional written and oral communication skills in English – with any other languages a bonus.
* Is good at handling ambiguity and prioritising tasks based on rapidly changing needs and circumstances.
* Is keen and able to continually improve internal processes to enable the business to run more efficiently.
