Summary of role

Since the start, GoSquared has grown by doing very few things exceptionally well – we produce great content, and we build a great product. This has helped us grow to where we are today – a profitable, sustainable software business relied on by thousands of people around the world.

But we have our sights set on more than that – we want to put our software in the hands of dramatically more customers all around the world. And do that, we need the help of someone who can help us grow faster.

The ideal candidate for this role has an inherent drive to grow the business, and is naturally curious and independent enabling them to work autonomously. This person will be responsible for driving considerable revenue and pipeline growth for GoSquared.

The individual will make an immediate and significant impact by leading the end-to-end journey of new growth programs, including: funnel conversion plans that move customers through a series of stages; website optimisation tests; organic/SEO growth plans; referral programs; ad campaigns; email drip sequences; improved signup flows – and everything in between.

This individual will operate at the centre of working with marketing, sales, customer success, and product. The ideal candidate has led similar growth initiatives at other B2B SaaS companies. This individual is a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to take risks. This role is based in London.

In summary, you will lead self-serve customer acquisition at GoSquared

1. Customer-focused: Deeply understand who our customers are, how to reach them, and what messages resonate with them.
2. Drive growth: Responsible for driving measurable growth for all products at GoSquared in terms of customers and revenue.
3. Channel expert: Plan, coordinate, and execute digital campaigns across paid, search, social, content, and email.
4. Test and learn: Test new approaches and channels regularly. Develop frameworks to understand success and impact. Do more of what works and less of what doesn't.
5. Team player: Work cross-functionally with GoSquared team members in product, engineering, content and sales teams to develop innovative strategies to scale.
6. Measure: Ensure that the right measurement infrastructure and reporting is in place to enable rapid experimentation and targeted promotions.

Minimum Qualifications

* 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing.
* Expert knowledge in digital marketing channels including search, social, SEO, and email marketing.
* Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with an understanding of freemium, self-service business models.
* Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
* Experience analysing, interpreting, and leveraging data to make decisions.
* Exceptional communicator in person and in written communications.
* Resourceful and self-starter.
* Comfortable in ambiguity and able to forge a path ahead with incomplete information.
