- Build and maintain relationships across the real estate/asset/property management ecosystem to source and cultivate new potential sales or partnership opportunities
- Source and qualify leads, reach out and follow up with prospects, create value prop, demo product, negotiate terms and legal, and close deals
- Study behaviour from customers, analyze their problems and needs
- Know how to connect with people; consult and add value instead of purely selling
- Structure and package solution into compelling presentations with quantified benefits tailored for the stakeholder to enable executive decision making
- Establish best practices for how to effectively scale sales and the book of business by developing new sales plans, strategies and programs to help increase sales ROI
- Identifies new market opportunities and develops sales strategies to secure new properties and partnerships
- Analyzing competitor advantages and market segmentation
- Work directly with the founding team on strategic partnerships, business development, and sales enablement and improvements


What you have to offer:

- Self-starter with a great attitude who enjoys solving problems, working with people and taking on difficult challenges
- Amazing editing and copywriting skills, able to create compelling pitch/demo deck, cold emails and follow-ups, call script, value proposition, and sales playbook
- Extraordinary selling skills with the ability to spontaneously ask smart questions dig deeper to gain deep insights into of prospect's goals, pain points, existing solutions, budget, and key stakeholders and decision-making process
- Strong desire to continuously learn new skills and verticals
- Goal-oriented individual who is highly competitive and constantly motivated
- Negotiation & persuasion pro and street smart
- Demonstrates creativity, innovation, passion, and initiative
- Outstanding communicator and listener. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you’re capable of successfully conveying information through email or over a call
- Enjoy taking complex ideas and distilling into key marketing messages
- Great storyteller
- Excellent understanding of users’ behaviour
- Have the passion for making a real difference


Bonus Points:

- Experience or passion in parking, property management, or residential and commercial real estate
- Start-up experience
- Able to design digital content marketing materials
- Identify brand-building areas
- Knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing
- Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: a clear understanding of data, analytics, and metrics
