Description:
Our team is rapidly growing and seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our B2B sales channel, partnering with leading dental practices. You will be responsible for selling Goby’s award-winning electric toothbrush and digital marketing suite, a unique product offering disrupting the oral care space. In this role, you’ll be developing relationships, pitching, and providing value to dentists and office/marketing managers. Working directly with Goby’s senior leaders, you will drive meaningful improvements to our sales strategy and directly impact Goby’s growth.

Responsibilities:
• Meeting and exceeding personal sales quotas.
• Driving leads through our B2B sales process, including discovery and setting up product demos.
• Cold calling and emailing to generate new leads and maintain a full pipeline.
• Efficiently managing a high volume of leads in Goby’s CRM, keeping accurate and up-to-date information.
• Representing Goby at industry trade shows approximately once per month.

Requirements:
• Extremely strong communication skills over phone and email
• 0-3 years of inside sales experience (preferred to SMBs)
• Competitive, goal-oriented attitude
• A great listener and value builder
• Strong time management skills

Nice to Have:
• Experience in healthcare or dental industries
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
