Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a full-stack engineer who can take the lead on our backend. GoalBased Investors is built on Python/Django, GraphQL, Postgres and Redis and is deployed as iPhone and iPad applications.

Our primary technical challenges.

• Managing a large set of third party API integrations.
• Scaling to support a robust community of individuals and financial advisors.
• Performing sophisticated financial optimizations.
• Using data analytics techniques to derive insights.

Ideal candidates will

• Be fundamentally full stack. Although you will spend most of your time working on our backend, we need folks who are flexible enough to jump into all parts of the stack, especially web.
• Have a strong background in data modeling and system architecture.
• Have experience building integrations with financial institutions.
• Have strong intellectual curiosity. We are looking for partners to make it easier for individuals to grow wealth by putting more expertise inside the product and service.
