Glueck is looking for Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to be coached and understand how to implement feedback. This candidate will also be a self- starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing the client base, and evangelizing the value of the Glueck Product platform. This position is located at our Kuala Lumpur.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Increase customer base and add to existing customer profitability.
Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission.
Making a high volume of outbound calls to both warm and cold prospects.
Ability to articulate Glueck premium services to drive interest in furthering the sales conversation.
Identify potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships to expand core product lines or bring new product lines to the organization.
Knowing how to get around objections.You are astute at finding ways to get your prospects to say "YES!"
Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals
SKILLS and ABILITIES
Demonstrated track record of building business.
Proven and verifiable history of increasing revenues to meet benchmarks and company goals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Keen interpersonal and customer relations skills.
Capability to craft proposals, quotations and presentation decks for clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Presentation and use of MS Office or Keynote skills
Work schedule to be flexible and ability to travel locally and regionally .
Have own means of transport
Being able to speak more than one language fluently . Chinese language is a plus.
