We are Gloat! We first began our adventure in the US back in 2016 and have been growing ever since. Gloat is a revolutionary venture backed start-up based right here in NYC. Our mission is to bring greater transparency into the recruitment process by providing a comprehensive career solutions platform. Utilizing big data and machine learning, Gloat has created a whole new job search experience for our users. We're now recruiting our founding sales team, and we're looking for smart, ambitious people who want to contribute and directly impact the growth of Gloat here in the US!
The job:
You own the full cycle of our sales process including:
Sending email campaigns to prospects
Scheduling calls with prospective accounts
Demoing Gloat’s platform to hiring managers and HR partners
Onboarding new accounts
Retaining and growing existing accounts
Building and maintaining relationships with all clients
Educate clients on best practices for using Gloat’s hiring platform
Meet or exceed daily / weekly metrics and quarterly KPI’s

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
0 to 2 years of sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Proven strong work ethic
Desire to excel and advance in a career
Data focused and technically minded ( Huge Plus! )
