We are changing the industry of personal services in Latin America. To achieve this, we are looking for dynamic & proactive people who love challenges and would like a fast-growth career path. We are looking for a talented Growth Manager to join our team and lead Glitzi´s growth.

As Growth Manager you will be responsible for growing the business. This covers both attracting new customers and retaining existing customers as well as enhancing AOV and purchase frequency.

The Role
Drive the key metrics of growth for Glitzi Health, Glitzi Wellness & Beauty (# of bookings, #new customers, #returning customers, AOV & CAC)
Consistently monitor key growth metrics and create weekly and monthly reports.
Develop online growth strategies around the typical channels (Google Adwords, Facebook ads & Social networks, etc.).
Develop online and offline growth strategies that are specifically tailored to the business & current opportunities (unique/thinking-outside-the-box/growth hacks).
Oversee the implementation of growth strategies.
Organize and manage the growth team.
Work closely with Operations to ensure growth is possible & demand is met (e.g. sufficient provider availability and recruitment).
Own & manage the marketing budget
Manage all external communications/promotions.
Generate leads of providers so the onboarding team can recruit more providers

Must haves
Ability to come up with solutions and solve problems under their own initiative.
Data driven approach. A desire to analyse data so decisions can be based on real, empirical foundations.
Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data to draw insights and conclusions.
Driven and proactive personality. Can find his/her way in uncertain situations.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational and management skills
Comfortable in a startup environment and appreciates the difference between a corporate vs startup environment.
Enthusiastic and energetic team player
Experience and understanding of online and offline growth channels such as SEM, SEO, paid social, referral programs, etc. Enough to manage and oversee, not necessarily to implement.
Ability to work with different stakeholders in the company
3+ years of experience in growth roles in startups
2+ years of experience working with online marketplaces
Experience managing budgets
