ABOUT THE JOB:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who is excited about the intersection of fashion & technology. You’ll be working with our creative & marketing teams to prioritize and manage projects, as well as ensuring that project timelines are met. As we are a growing team, we’d love for you to be someone who demonstrates a strong initiative to bring & implement a corporate-retail project management process, along with a desire to participate in the growth of a world-class creative & marketing team.

This individual will collaborate daily with the heads of Marketing and Creative to continue building upon the creative workflow & operational processes required for delivering a premium brand experience across all of our brand & marketing touchpoints. These touchpoints include e-commerce, 360-degree campaigns, packaging, and visual merchandising. This role will build cross-functional partnerships to ensure that we are delivering high-caliber marketing & creative assets, helping us grow our brand, and bringing aspirational wearables to life.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Manage projects from start to finish across packaging, e-commerce, visual merchandising, and 360-degree campaign assets.
-Develop detailed production schedules & timelines to ensure all projects remain on track.
-Oversee online production management tools, such as Asana, and improve where necessary.
-Collaborates with Creative Director & CMO for implementing new creative production processes & workflows as new marketing channels are introduced to the mix.
-Liaising among different departments & executives to create a protective buffer for the creative department's time while managing expectations around delivery.
-Schedule all internal & external review & feedback meetings, from initial project briefing through final approval.
-Responsible for upholding standards and best practices in project management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

-5+ years of project management experience at an in-house or agency environment.
-3+ years of project management experience for a retail or lifestyle brand.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results; fearless when it comes to defending the creative & marketing processes.
-Strong organizational & prioritization skills.
-Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
