Influencer Marketing Manager - Glide/Wristcam$80k – $100k • 0.01% – 0.025%
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Work with the CMO directly to define the strategy, vision, and execution of Influencer Marketing at Wristcam to reach overall brand and business strategy.
-Build out and implement a strategy for talent/celebrity partnerships online/offline
-Identify new influencers/talent and build innovative programs/initiatives to expand book of partners while deepening existing relationships
-Partner with cross functional teams on marketing campaigns, go-to market launches, growth initiatives, affiliate, styling/gifting programs, events and more.
-Manage vendor/partner relationships - Influencer/talent agencies/agents, brand/Ad agencies, event production, and software/affiliate vendors
-Measure, track, and optimize performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs
-Lead the development and implementation of benchmarking and measurement standards to improve tracking of the effectiveness of influencer programs, and as the space evolves, identify and explore new measurement opportunities for assessing ROI
-Stay informed of platform updates across YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, search engines, editorial publishers and emerging digital platforms.
-Demonstrate an expertise and up to date knowledge of the influencer landscape, including software developments
-Experience working within influencer communities with a proven ability to build and grow these relationships.
-Extensive knowledge of social platforms and how unique communities, influencers and audiences are using them.
-Exceptional customer insights and proven success utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, a minimum of 3 in influencer marketing
-4-year college degree from an accredited institution
-Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team-based planning process.
-A culture watcher - passion for pop-culture and its infusion into the consumer brand ecosystem, on the pulse of up and coming and new influencers to help position our clients ahead of the trends
-Minimum of 6-8 years in influencer and talent marketing experience within an agency, media publisher, or brand-side environment
