Merchandise Planner$80k – $100k
As a high-growth, data-driven FashionTech business this is not your everyday merchandising role. GlamCorner's Merchandise team is tasked with working closely with all areas of our business to develop and execute strategies to enable our company to rent our range of amazing products to our customers that deliver on ROI, yield, sales and profit targets. This is more than just a 'buying' or 'inventory acquisition' function - our merchandising team utilises our proprietary in-house tools and data analytics platforms to perform the critical role of monitoring, growing and optimising our amazing range of rental designer dresses to drive growth in our business.
> A Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years experience in a similar role in an eCommerce, Retailing or Fashion business
> Ability to analyse large amounts of data to identify trends and anticipate future inventory requirements and opportunities
> Demonstrate a natural comfort with crunching numbers in spreadsheets and synthesising data into useful insights (e.g. charting, data visualisation)
> Procure the regular upload of new stock and the removal and disposal of poorly-performing or end-of-life products
> Monitor stock movement, pricing, promotions and execute clearance sales
> Monitor inventory performance and devise strategies to maximise yield to achieve core KPI's
> Devise quarterly merchandise plans and set ambitious goals along with an execution roadmap
> A self-starter with a 'roll up your sleeves' and 'get it done' attitude
