Company Background:

Glamazon is Australia's largest real-time marketplace for freelance beauty services. We are an Australian-based start-up who are now embarking on a global opportunity to innovate the beauty sector in the US.

Our technology, the world's first purpose-build SaaS solution for beauty freelancers, will empower and equip qualified beauty professionals to run their own freelancing businesses, liberating them from a low-earning salon wage of $8 per hour.

We are looking for a product manager who will be responsible for building and guiding the success of the SaaS product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for improving it. The successful product manager will be able to balance the responsibilities within product (strategy, releases, ideation and features) as well as growth.

Your responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall global product management and product strategy of the company - laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value
- Create, innovate or overhaul product, architecture and strategy to unlock commercial and technical potential
- Create, manage & maintain project schedules, budgets and resources
- Provide important cross-functional leadership between engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams
- Implementing large scale automation and optimisation programs, and multichannel payment strategies
- Analyse global market and competitive conditions to continually innovate and strengthen USP
- Implement, understand and strategise using data and analytics as direct opportunities for growth
- Identify creative and effective solutions

The successful candidate will possess:
- 3-5 years experience with product management and software implementation experience
- B2B SaaS company experience preferred
- Proven ability to multi-task while paying strict attention to detail
- Really strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Technical understanding with the ability for foresee​ opportunities and risks ahead of time
- Passion for the startup culture
