Senior Product Manager

GiveCampus Product Managers work with teams of engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to drive innovation and execute product initiatives across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Be the resident expert in all aspects of the product
• Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
• Actively work with internal development teams to conduct gap analysis of different solutions (both internal and external) and identify the best path forward
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance donor satisfaction
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Gather feedback and iterate to continually improve the product
• Understand GiveCampus’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best-in-class
• Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
• Synthesize product ideas from colleagues working in sales, partner success, marketing, and engineering
• Potential to become Director of Product, or continue on distinguished Sr. PM role

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years product management experience
• Organizational and analytical skills

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with enterprise software and SaaS solutions
• Experience with products in fintech, ecommerce, CRM, or related spaces
• Technical background
