Our intern will play a key role in the company by partnering with sales operation across different verticals, providing day-to-day operations to support company priorities, delivering data accuracy, and ensuring cross functional alignment of goals and execution. This position interacts frequently with the company CEO, sales development team, sales reps, and marketing operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable business and operational experience.

As a Sales Operations Intern, a typical day might include the following:

-Gathering weekly sales data to help run weekly Monday morning sales meeting
-Working directly with CEO on client retention efforts
-Working directly with CEO and sales team on revenue forecasting and reports
-Interacting directly with sales team to help drive weekly sales forecast meetings
-Engaging directly with clients regarding account collections and renewals
-Monitoring customer churn and reporting
-Day to day support assisting our sales team with customer billing, quoting and renewals process

Sales Operations intern should be:

-Analytical and detail oriented
-Proficient in MS Office suite/ G-Suite and/or MS Excel
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Fast learner and team player
