----- Job Description -----

We’re on a mission to bring a financial service to help small businesses, and we need you to engineer compelling and simple UIs to help our users effortlessly insure their invoices against late payments.

You will be part of the engineering team and responsible for developing our front-end which uses Vue.js as well as Bulma CSS framework. Today have a first version of the UI which allows users to sign up, add invoices and cover them against late payment.

Our main challenge is to make invoice insurance easy to use for a small business (small B2B company, freelance…). We want to offer our users a seamless experience, considering we have complexity in terms of legal requirements and regulatory constrains (Identity check, electronic signature, long T&Cs ….), where we try to be creative to simplify and get a minimalistic UI.

We conceive our responsive UI with an agency, and are really keen on having clean and reusable components. You will work with them to contribute to the design and implement engaging UIs and engineer them with Vue.js and Bulma.

At the same time our product tackles a very sensitive topic which is our customers’ money, so our software has to be reliable and scalable. Our CTO is keen on using best practices, and maintain clean and tested code. You will join a team of strong problem-solvers and will have a direct impact with them, and grow with the company.

----- We are looking for -----

- Solid front engineering capabilities, pixel-perfect sensitibility, having designed and engineered UIs for several years. Your work or portfolio is visible online.
- Passionate individuals, eager to help the community of SMBs (TPE/PME) building great UIs to relieve them from an administrative pain
- Highly autonomous, you’ll be the referent for all front topics
- Entrepreneurial Engineer mindset - straight to the point - ability to take decisions in a fast-moving environment, and rationally convince others
- Empathic attitude, keen to learn, teach and help, respect of each other
- Strong mastering of Javascript, HTML, and CSS, as well as React or Vue.js and awareness of latest trends in frontend technologies.
- Bonus if you have an experience with any of the following or similar: Responsive design, node build process (Webpack), typescript, es6, UI testing with cypress or selenium

----- Recruitment process -----

1 preliminary call with the CPO to assess initial fit
1 online front case-study
1 interview with a lead developer
1 interview with the CTO
1 short interview with the CPO
1 short interview with the CEO
We try as much as possible to group interviews, if possible in-person interviews, and can be pretty flexible on our schedule
