112 million low income, seniors, and people with disabilities struggle to find appropriate and affordable transportation in the US daily. GOIN' believes that every rider should have unique and affordable mobility options at their fingertips! We are creating an open software platform experience that provides disadvantaged riders with affordable, safe, local options and we need your help.

In your first 6-12 months you’ll be:
Evaluating high priority improvements for security and onboarding systems for our first 1,000 customers
Setting short term and long term vision for scalability
Leading the technical team and setting strategy to reach priority goals
Lead by example of jumping in on features and system development

We need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics
5-7 years of Software experience
Creation of project management timeline
Direction for upcoming technical priority hires

We would like:
Broad understanding/experience in ridesharing, marketplace and/or collaboration software
Broad understanding of an open software platform
Experience in the moblity logistics or transit space.
