We are looking for Technical Writers who would be working with top-notch clientele from across the globe and help them write and re-write their profiles. The job involves a lot of Senior (CXO) to Mid-Level customer interaction and profile understanding.
Immense learning guaranteed. In one year, you would be able to hold a conversation with any personality working on almost anything, anywhere in the world.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Write highly technical documents which include professional portfolios, resumes, CVs, Social media profiles, biographies & other documents for clients.
- Extensively use MS Office to produce high-quality, professional-looking documents. Showcase excellent spoken & written communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Talking with customers and delivering assignments as per SLAs. Confident speaker, not afraid to talk to CXO level customers & Directors of companies.
- Undertake secondary research activities to come up with unique, innovative document formats and content strategies.
- Research for relevant content for various profiles; content / industry jargon to use. Careful scrutiny of documents developed for clients.
- Ensure that each document meets prescribed Quality Standards and Norms.
- Strong client servicing orientation with abilities in communicating with clients at the highest level to understand needs and aspirations.
- Should be able to work under minimum supervision
