The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for our San Francisco office to support Gametime's CEO. You are the type of person who takes pride and full ownership in anything and everything that has been entrusted to you. You are energized by the challenge of being ahead of what’s going on each day. You are high energy, positive, resourceful, self-motivated, service-oriented, and eager to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies. You like all challenges big and small and love to help others. You seek out opportunities to add value, make an impact, and support the success of others. You have experience in managing a wide variety of business relationships. Juggling multiple priorities and clear communication will be key in successfully supporting the CEO day-to-day.

What you'll do / own:
* Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel (flights, hotel, car rentals, car services), conferences, dinners, appointments.
* Manage detailed itineraries including destination timelines.  
* Manage fluidity of schedules with ability to make changes and alterations to complex itineraries.
* Manage executive social events such as dinners, offsite meetings, etc.
* Reading and analyzing correspondence, reports and other data determining significance and appropriate response(s).
* Prepare reports, collect and analyze information; prepare presentations.
* Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence.
* Prepare board level presentations.
* Research industry information, statistics, etc.
* Create and maintain organized meeting minutes.
* Organize and maintain relevant files, minutes, board materials, etc. 
* Data analysis; Proficient in Access, MS Word, Excel, Outlook. 
* Perform filtering and sorting of data, V-lookup and other functions.
* Provide clerical support to executive team as needed.
* Ability to function as a virtual assistant as well as in-person.
* Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous requests recognizing priorities with minimal direction.
* Flexibility to handle minimal personal requests (ie, ordering flowers).

A little about you:
* Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
* In-depth understanding of entire MS Office and Google suite.
* Ability to organize and prioritize daily workload.
* Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
* Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
