- Building the Customer Support Team that resolves Player's issues quickly
- Adding process to give visibility to Product Teams and enhance the quality of support
- Being Hands-on when required
- Training team members for better quality
- Understand the problems faced by the player and share it insight with product team
- Keeping the Customer Support team motivated and dedicated towards giving best possible user experience
- 5+ years of practical Customer Support/Community Management experience
- Good analytical thinking
- Ability to breakdown problems and iterate towards best possible solution
- Passion for gaming, especially in the mobile sphere
