* Position Summary:
In the Senior SaaS Sales Development Representative position, you will lead the full-cycle consultative sales process.

The Senior SaaS Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) is responsible for reaching out to and qualifying leads for Gallop’s inside sales team, as well as prospecting potential customers from various lead lists. The Sr. SDR calls prospective customers, qualifies leads, and then transfers them to the correct SaaS Account Executive. The position manages customer interaction and tracks the sales process. This role plays a vital part in helping grow Gallop’s SaaS sales organization and our overall success.

In addition, the Sr. Sales Development Representative shadows SaaS Account Executives and has an opportunity to get promoted to SaaS Account Executive within 9 to 12 months.

* Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a lead pipeline with an emphasis on time to contact
- Prospect lead lists via outbound calling
- Qualify potential customers and introduce them to an Account Executive
- Maintain a book of business and calendar of appointments
- Strategize with the team to Develop targeted outbound campaigns, and Target prospective key account engagements
- Maintain daily activity metrics
- Achieve quarterly qualified sales leads and lead generation goals.
- Be cordial, respectful, and attentive to prospective customers' needs
- Strive to learn and grow within the role and enhance these skills to progress throughout the organization

* Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year sales or sales development experience in a SaaS environment.
- You have the drive to perform and excel
- Very comfortable on the phone and able to handle high volume email traffic; ready to engage customers all day, every day.
- You have a vibrant and energetic personality with the ability to quickly develop trust, rapport, and strong relationships
- You're a skilled communicator, both verbal and written, with common sense and the ability to think on your feet
- You are tech savvy and enjoy learning about innovative products
- You have a curiosity to learn about businesses and help them succeed
- Knowledgeable with G.Suite and/or MS Office products
