Born out of Harvard University’s Innovation Lab, and backed by General Catalyst and Unusual Ventures, our company is comprised of behavioral scientists and technologists that build software to help injured, ill, or disabled employees return to work. We sell this software to insurance carriers and large employers to reduce their workers compensation and disability claims costs. We're in search of a Customer Success Manager who possesses a high degree of empathy, a passion for listening to the needs of clients and being able to separate the signal from the noise, and a desire to go above and beyond for the needs of the clients you serve. You'd be joining an awesome (growing) team, doing impactful work, and playing a significant role in the continued success of our venture.

Must-have qualifications:
- Possess intangibles such as leadership ability, business acumen, judgment, adaptability, and humility
- Be customer obsessed- doing everything in your power to create products that solve their tensions
- Ability to drive tangible results while working as part of a cross-functional team

Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience working at or with Fortune 1000 companies
- Experience managing projects, and in particular software implementations
- Exceptional communication skills- e.g., manage expectations, be proactive, deliver tough news, etc.

This role will likely involve ~25% travel, spending time onsite with clients.
