House Flip w/ Chip & Jo targets an under-served demographic: female gamers. The casual to mid-core nature of the game aligns with Chip & Jo's audience where they're #1 in viewership for upscale women, ages 25-54. And with Chip & Jo excelling at creating engaging stories through their television program, they also recognize video games as a new media channel to extend their brand.
