FleetPanda is looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our Sales Team full-time. As an Account Executive at FleetPanda, you will drive our future growth engine by building relationships with prospective clients and turning them into happy FleetPanda customers. You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in strategic and tactical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including the Owner, Director of Operations, and other managers. Your extraordinary communication skills help you connect with customers by Zoom, email and phone, and in-person - quickly establishing trust and rapport, and building value throughout the sales process.

This role will initially report to the CEO.

You will...

  • Identify, contact, and qualify the most important decision makers at fleets in the Bay Area and beyond during our expansion efforts
  • Handle outbound calls, emails, and social messages for the purpose of generating introductory meetings with key decision makers and nurture accounts into sales qualified leads
  • Engage with senior stakeholders in target accounts via phone, email and in-person at each point of the sales cycle to ensure deals are brought to completion
  • Excite prospects about the FleetPanda platform and refueling services by communicating the benefits of our world-class technology
  • Maintain meticulously clean records in all sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, Google Drive and others
  • Consistently exceed your quota
  • Bring an exceptionally positive attitude and tons of enthusiasm to each day
  • Report to senior management on sales activities, results, and customer feedback
  • Build and defend FleetPanda’s business value throughout the selling engagement
  • Opportunity to travel locally to clients

You have...

  • 4+ years experience exceeding quota in a sales capacity
  • Ability to demo products, articulating how customers can find value
  • Well versed in the discovery process
  • Understanding of how to identify customer pains before sharing solutions
  • Expert listening and observing abilities
  • Sold a competitive product
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Exemplary presentation and communication ability - both verbal and written - across all levels of an organization
  • Accustomed to running the complete sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Understands how to sell based on value
  • Grittiness - you will not quit
