FreightExchange is a SaaS startup that is going global and we are now seeking a Senior B2B Growth Marketer to join our us to manage and grow a small team in Australia and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to manage a small team, whilst also being hands on. Your key responsibilities will be:

Growth Leadership
- Work with the broader team to achieve our business growth targets
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, communications
- Develop and deliver the demand generation and marketing communications strategy
- Manage the demand generation and marketing communications strategy
- Collaborate with the technology and sales teams to create marketing programs that build brand awareness, engage prospects, and generate a quality pipeline.
- Develop, project manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns from campaign conception through to creative development and fulfilment
- Guide the team to produce on brand, on message communications, in the right markets and channels

Digital Marketing
- Develop initiatives to grow email lists, prospects, traffic and revenue predictably and profitably month on month.
- Create and maintain the digital marketing campaign calendar,
- Gather insights into the type of content to be created using keyword searches, customer feedback and competitor research.
- Develop and manage marketing automation for customer/supplier segments

SEM/SEO:
- Developing (personally or with freelancers as required) all design/copy/content to create all video, banner, ads
- Set up, manage, maintain all SEM, SEO campaigns
- Syndicate content across all digital channels - eDM, web, blog, social, affiliates, influencers
- Set-up and manage any tools required for execution of the digital marketing plan

Influencers
- Create and manage the PR/Press/Influencer marketing plan and calendar
- Manage all relevant influencers, journals, blogs, publications, universities, industry bodies with whom we should be communicating
-Provide content & thought leadership articles to influencers to promote brand awareness & for B2B lead generation

Requirements:

- Demonstrable expertise in setting up and managing B2B Growth Marketing processes (Analytics, Automation, Project & Process Management)
- A track record of devising and implementing programs that generate growth and that maximise return on investment
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years marketing experience in tech, B2B, software or IaaS/SaaS/Cloud products focused on mid-market / corporate growth.
- A proactive attitude
