What we do:
Foxpass' software and services enables companies to implement best-of-breed infrastructure security practices quickly and seamlessly.
This is a combo SDR/AE role.
However, in the beginning, the majority of the role will be qualifying and sourcing new prospects.
The prospects are engineers, so a desire to learn network and server security + some engineering principals is a MUST. Security experience a huge plus.
We are a small company so this is a very hands-on role. Finding new customers (SDR growth) is your #1 priority.
Ideal candidate has SDR experience at a similarly-sized company and has sold/marketed to a similar customer base (highly technical buyer at a mid-sized company). Our customers don't resonate with traditional sales tactics, so this role will help form a new sales process with the marketing and business development teams.
Will have been an SDR in the tech space, specifically sold product used by engineers, DevOps, and IT professionals.
Knowledge / education in the tech space, specifically useful is knowledge pertaining to server & network security, AWS, cloud servers/networks, single sign-on, DevOps, IT related but not required.
Exceeded quota in your most recent position
Able to CLOSE smaller deals without an AE
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
BA/BS preferably in a technical field, but not required (some form of formal post-high school education).
Able to commute daily SF (Civic Center area) after the office opens uo.
⅔ base, ⅓+ uncapped commission and equity... this is only an estimate if you did the bare minimum with sales as the sky is the limit with your total salary.
