Founder Institute

The Founder Institute—the world's largest pre-seed accelerator — has helped launch over 4000 companies across the globe, and we’re looking for a Operations Intern with a love for startups to join our team (and ideally transition into a FT role). We are based in Silicon Valley but operate in over 180 cities worldwide, and our success has been documented in the New York Times, BusinessWeek, Forbes, TechCrunch, and many more.

You will have the opportunity to see entrepreneurship, angel investing, and venture capital from every angle, attend Founder Institute sessions with top entrepreneurs, and more.

The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-moving, exciting startup environment, and is interested in building a career through this opportunity (not just filling a summer internship or academic requirement). You will NOT be making coffee or copies in this internship, but rather you will fully join our operations team and tackle projects like:

- Customer service support
- Supporting and educating customers on Founder Institute offerings
- Assisting with semester operations, including configuration, logistics, ensure procedures are followed accurately, etc
- Supporting admissions department and assist with data analysis
- Researching Founder Institute graduate companies and updating current status
