What you’ll be doing:

As Force’s office manager, you will play an integral role in helping us maintain a positive and welcoming office environment for our team and visitors. We are looking for a team player who is willing to tackle any task, big or small, with a ‘can-do’ attitude!

Main responsibilities:

- Ensure the office is organized and welcoming to all visitors (including clients and candidates), greeting and directing visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
- Manage all supply inventory, including office, kitchen & specific team needs
- Manage the travel booking process for our team including planning, bookings and tracking expenses
- Manage relationships with external vendors and building management to ensure a well-maintained and well-supplied office space
- Assist in new employee onboarding and desk set-up including tech items and swag
- Calendar management for our CEO, COO, and President, including scheduling meetings and any other ad hoc requests as needed
- Coordinate with the people operations manager in facilitating company events (plus creativity with new ideas!), organization and set-up and supplies (lunch and learns, annual events etc)
- Help manage team communication of office happenings, updates and special events, and create and maintain a monthly people operations newsletter

- Experience with Managed by Q ticketing system a plus
- Experience with Google apps, Microsoft office, GCalendar Management
- 0 - 2 years experience in operations, facilities, or a similar role
