In this role, you’ll focus on account-based patient support to meet the goals of the organizations we work with. Patients are the face of our platform -- you’ll be responsible for ensuring patients are onboarded successfully and each account is optimized.

You’ll be exposed to all aspects of our business, working with account managers, product and engineering teams, content and marketing, and branding and production.

We are looking for team players who take initiative, are flexible and want to work on exciting and meaningful projects.

What you’ll be doing:

- Account-based patient support for your designated organizations including successful onboarding to Force + continuous technology support primarily via phone & email
- Support account managers including patient-focused data & content projects
- Involvement in product meetings to be the voice of the patient including user research interviews
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot to consistently be improving the patient-facing platform
- Collaborate with our engineers to report issues in the patient platform

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Prior healthcare exposure (bonus points)
