What you will do:
The Chief of Staff will work in tandem with the COO and Founder to take on a variety of strategic, analytical, and operational projects to drive growth for For Them. They will work with the COO to push specific initiatives forward to deliver measurable and meaningful results, whilst keeping a 360 degree view of the long term goals and super objectives of the business.
As Chief of Staff at For Them, you will autonomously manage projects across all verticals of the business. No two weeks will be the same. This is a fast growth learning role with a view towards a leadership position of your choice. Our community is awesome and our mission is important. To thrive in this role, you must be an operator. You are highly organized and a skilled project manager. You love to turn ideas, visions and plans into manageable roadmaps. Then you love to execute. You are confident and effective at briefing other folx, developers to designers alike.
You know what criteria is most important in software selection, you’re excited by the latest product releases. You are a systems builder and can clearly communicate process to the varied team. A well designed, explained and maintained system is your comfort zone.
You are good at tracking and analyzing data, and suggesting changes in behavior and processes accordingly.
