Partner Relations Executive (Compliance) is responsible for managing partnership with its restaurant partners by overseeing operational performance on a weekly basis to ensure compliance to foodpanda’s SOP. The goal is to minimize cancellations by educating partners on the best practices and providing solutions to improve on the overall partner’s KPI. Additionally, establishing mutual understanding on the consequences that might arise due to bad

performance which subsequently affecting the whole customer’s experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurant partners by establishing contact to educate partners on foodpanda’s standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Answer questions about the foodpanda’s service and any compliance related topics
  • Familiar with all aspects of the foodpanda’s business model and the online food ordering market
  • Required to close cancellation cases given with a specific support reason by calling partners to understand partner’s pain points, gather feedback and the root cause of the cancellations for past week performance
  • Be both data-sensitive and proactive in assisting partner’s concerns
  • Enter and update information in the database for every successful contact
  • Work with internal support functions to ensure that every partner that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
  • Keep records of calls and note useful information
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet Monthly KPI elements

REQUIREMENT:

  • 1 - 2 years experience within an account management role is preferable
  • Proven on past experience is, preferably within the areas of F&B and e-commerce is an additional point
  • Comfort in performing outbound calls is a must, as all activities will be conducted via digital communication tools only
  • Comfort in working with online business tools such as Google Apps. Experience with Salesforce a plus, though not a requirement.
  • A proficient communicator with a consultative operational driven approach
  • Able to write and communicate in English persuasively
  • A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical skills with good compliance awareness and attention to detail
  • Your ambitions to work independently with flexibility as well as your entrepreneurial spirit make you an idea match for our motivated team
  • Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to changes in operational process
