Business development at FlytBase involves segmenting the target market, in-depth understanding of customer pain points, creating a portfolio of techno-commercial collateral, helping stakeholders build a business case for drone adoption, generating high-quality leads at a rapid pace, and driving closure of commercial contracts.

What Will Be Role & Responsibilities?
Primary responsibilities include:
Articulate the features, capabilities and benefits of FlytBase warehouse offerings and convert them into marketing messages, FAQs, business case templates, RoI calculators, etc.
Generate leads, qualify them, nurture them, and convert them into contracts, while tracking conversion rates, timelines, cost of customer acquisition, etc.
Develop and execute strategies to land-and-expand, maximize customer lifetime value, get referrals, maximize customer satisfaction, accelerate the sales cycle, etc.
Develop and execute initiatives to maximize the number of qualified leads via digital marketing, technology and GTM partnerships, AI-enabled tools, etc.
Analyze and segment the market for FlytBase supply chain offerings, including market size and growth rates by geography, business drivers, customer pain points, etc.
Analyze the competitive context for FlytBase supply chain offerings including pricing, go-to-market strategies, customer engagements, revenues, partnerships, hiring plans, event participation, etc.
Only those candidates need apply who:
have an undergraduate degree in engineering and can demonstrate 3+ years of full-time experience in cross-border business development, technology marketing and B2B sales roles,
have sold software products, platforms, solutions or services related to warehouse automation, warehouse management systems, warehouse robots, inventory management solutions, supply chain automation and related domains
understand how to design and drive B2B sales for emerging technologies,
have B1/B2 visa for US (preferred)*
are willing to be held accountable for revenue targets,
are available for a full-time role in Pune,
can be effective in an extremely fast-paced environment,
are keen to work evenings and weekends to coordinate across time zones and meet deadlines,
Effectively use sales tools such as CRM, mail tracking, conferencing, content sharing, contract management, etc.
are able to start the role by July 2020 (preferred) and
love to sell.
